An independent creative venue in Singapore's Tanjong Pagar Distripark — built for live performance, recording, exhibition, exchange, and experiment across every form of contemporary art.
PORT37 exists because Singapore's arts communities — music, visual art, performance, film, and everything in between — deserve a space that's built around them, not rented out from under them. We're a venue, a production facility, and a gathering point rolled into one.
Rooted in Tanjong Pagar Distripark's growing cultural cluster near the Singapore Art Museum, PORT37 is where practitioners come to share work, test ideas, meet collaborators, and build something bigger than any single project. The programming is driven by the community; the infrastructure is designed to make ambitious work possible.
PORT37 is the next chapter for EXP, Singapore's arts incubation lab.
We started at a 500sqft shophouse at 340A Joo Chiat — cultivating communities of artists through unconventional programming and cross-disciplinary exchange. Every weird night, every borrowed gear session, every late jam that turned into something real. PORT37 is the scaled-up version of that vision. Bigger room, better gear, same ethos.
